Website Accessibility Service Details
After purchase, we’ll send you a short project form within two business days to collect the information needed to begin your website accessibility review. Project completion times may vary depending on the website and our current workload, but most standard projects are completed within 10 business days after we receive all required information and website access.
The Website Accessibility Service includes websites with up to eight standard pages, such as a home page, about page, services page, contact page, hours or location page, FAQ, gallery, privacy policy, terms of service, or similar informational pages. A basic contact form is also included within the page count. A basic contact form typically contains standard fields such as name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
Examples of excluded page types include online stores, membership or login areas, appointment booking, customer portals, event registration, complex forms (forms with numerous fields, file uploads, or multiple drop-down selections), embedded or downloadable PDF documents (links to PDF files are fine), custom web applications, and other highly interactive or specialized content.
What This Service Does Not Include
This service does not provide legal advice, certify that a website is legally compliant, or guarantee complete accessibility and/or protection from accessibility-related complaints, claims, or lawsuits. Our goal is to identify accessibility barriers and make good-faith improvements based on recognized accessibility standards and established best practices.
This is a one-time accessibility improvement service and does not include any future services or extensive custom programming.
